Do I need to install anything on my church website?
No. VBS Kids Pro is a hosted platform. Your registration forms live on vbskids.com. You share a link with families — that’s it. Nothing to install, nothing to maintain.
Can families pay online to register?
Yes. If your church charges a registration fee, you can connect your own PayPal or Stripe account and collect payments securely. Free registration is also supported.
Is my church’s data private from other churches?
Yes. Every church has its own completely isolated account. No one else can see your registrations, your volunteers, or any of your records.
What happens when I renew each year?
Your account renews automatically at $29/year. You keep your data, your settings, and your links. You can manage seasons year over year from the same dashboard.
Can I try it before committing?
At $29/year, it’s less than the cost of a ream of paper. We don’t currently offer a free trial, but if you’re not happy contact us and we’ll make it right.
